Student Acceptable Technology Use Policy & Agreement
The form must be completed for students to use technology at school. If the form is not completed, or parties do not agree, students will not be allowed to use technology at school. This form must be completed for all students.
* If parents/guardians wish to opt their student out of using the second category of educational technology
(Enhancing Technology), it is done so by separately writing to the student’s school principal or the Executive Director of TSD Technology Services.
