Project submitted to NEWcaps will be qualified before being placed on the Project Board for Associates and Instructors to review.

It is not a guarantee that it will be chosen. With NEWcaps project selection is based on many variables.  The interest level of the associate, the skill set of the associate, the value of working with a project and more.
