The Derrick & Kathleen Richardson Scholarship Application
The Derrick and Kathleen Richardson Scholarship is available to Black/African-American residents of Madison County, IL who plan to enroll in the Emergency Medical Technician Certificate of Completion program at Lewis & Clark Community College and pursue a career with the Alton Fire Department. This scholarship pays a minimum of $500 tuition and fees each semester.
