Rental fees are also listed on the website, and they vary depending on membership type and dates/times of use.

Pool Pavilion - Farmington Member Rental Fees:
$75 - group of up to 15, during open swim hours
$150 - group of up to 30, during open swim hours
$200 - private rental from 8pm-10pm

The Clubhouse/Social Center reservation does not include pool access.

Clubhouse/Social Center - Farmington Member Fees:
up to $75, depends on POA membership and time of use
