The child wellness check-up will include:
Vision, hearing, general health, lead testing for children under 6, and vaccines for ages 5 years to 18 years old.

The COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic will have:
-Pfizer (1st & 2nd doses: 5 years and older / Booster: 12 years and older)
-Moderna (1st & 2nd doses: 18 years and older / Booster doses: 18 years and older)
