Musical Explorations Request Form
Before requesting a Musical Explorations experience, please review the following:

Musical Explorations can be adapted for grades K-12

Each program lasts 60-90 minutes and is designed for classrooms with a maximum of 30 students

You may book up to 4 classes/day. A separate form must be submitted for each requested calendar day

Programs must be booked a minimum of 3 weeks in advance

Post-visit materials are also available for each module upon request.
