This form is for students that attended the Makerspace Safety Orientation and were marked off as trained prior to the start of the semester. WE WILL BE CHECKING THIS AGAINST THE MAKERSPACE DATABASE if you have not been trained prior to the pre-lab then sign up for a pre-lab tour DO NOT ATTEND REGULAR SAFETY ORIENTATIONS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT
