1. The enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis.  Applicants will be notified of acceptance by email to confirm receipt of the application form and full enrollment fee.

2. Kindly complete the online enrolment form and send in together with cheque payment (Non-member)  made payable to to  "Hong Kong Sea Transport and Logistics Association Ltd." (please write down your name on the back of the cheque).

By bank deposit to the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd under the account number : 012-676-1-028787-6.  Do attach the receipt when sending us the application form.  Full payment must be made before 7 days before the event date.

3. Booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.    

4. Application is subject to HKSTLA’s approval.  HKSTLA reserves the right to reject any application in any circumstances and for whatever reasons.  Submission of the enrollment form and cheque should NOT be construed as acceptance of admission.

5. No refund will be made after payment, but participants can arrange to have their places substituted should they be unable to attend the event by notifying the Association at least 5 days prior to event commencement.  An administration fee of HK$200 will be charged for each amendment/cancellation made on the application ONCE the Acceptance Letter is issued.  No guarantee on amendments could be made within 2 working days before the start of the event.

6. The seminar will be postponed if the Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No.8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is in force; or Typhoon Signal No.8 or above will be hoisted within 2 hours. The new date of the seminar will be informed separately by email later once the details are confirmed.

7.  The related activity photos may be posted by Hong Kong Transport and Logistics Association in her website, newspaper, newsletter, journal, magazine or other media use (including broadcast or publication).
