COVID-19 UPDATE: we are not currently accepting new volunteer applications. You are welcome to use this form to express interest in volunteering once orientation reopens.

Hello!
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Haku Baldwin Center. Volunteers are an
important part of our team and help us in many ways. We appreciate everyone who gives us
the gift of their time. Wherever you volunteer, you will make a difference.
Here are some important points to note about volunteering at Haku Baldwin Center:
- Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Completing a volunteer application form (
hakubaldwincenter.org/volunteer) does not guarantee acceptance.
- Authorization of a background check is required.
- Volunteers are first trained at Level 1 to be of support to riders during lessons; Horse leading and any handling of horses requires Level 2 and Level 3 training.
- Volunteering in lessons is a physically demanding activity. Volunteers should be able to comfortably walk for long periods of time, and be able to jog alongside the horse as needed.
Please submit this form to express interest in volunteering. We will then alert you as soon as orientation and training reopens. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Haku Baldwin Center
