This is an outside event! RAIN OR SHINE! NO REFUNDS or DATE Switching! Event updates will be on the Facebook Event. The same event post that you are agreeing to promote!

YOU MUST READ THE APPLICATION IN ITS ENTIRITY! 99% OF ALL QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED HERE AND THEN THE NEXT 99% OF QUESTIONS THAT YOU WILL HAVE WILL BE ANSWERED IN THE POLICIES & PROCEDURES THAT YOU WILL BE EMAILED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT! PLEASE, DO NOT CALL ANY STORE LOCATIONS TO ASK FOR INFO, OTHER THAN TO ASSURE THAT OUR EVENT IS LEGITIMATE AND NOT A SCAM!

For vendor consideration you MUST:
*Complete this application in full - Incomplete forms will NOT be accepted!
*Please, allow us 72 hours to review for qualification and duplications. Multiple emails will SLOW the process!
*If approved you will receive an email from This & That with a Square invoice requesting your payment.
* Send payment within 48 hours to secure your spot.

DO NOT PAY ANYONE THROUGH PAYPAL, CASH APP, VENMO, FACEBOOK PAY, ECT!  THESE ARE SCAMMERS!
WE DO NOT OFFER A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT US FOR INFO OR PAYMENT!

If payment isn't received within 48 hours after invoiced, you will receive 1 emailed reminder. If payment is not received within 72 hours of being invoiced, your application will be cancelled, and we will go to the next application. We cannot chase payments this year. Our locations have to be paid in advance and we need to do that with your fees.

**Vendor Event Fee - 10 x 10 Booth Space - $65 each event - plus a basket raffle/door prize item(s).
 **Food Trucks/Trailer/Cart - $75 each event


NO electricity is available or provided!

You must supply your own tables, chairs, tent with weights, tarps, etc.

Each vendor is responsible for determining his/her responsibility for collecting, reporting and paying South Carolina Sales Tax.  Contact the SC Department of Revenue for information and requirements.  This & That, and Coastal Community Events reserve the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit that they deemed not suitable for event.  This application is not a contract and is no way binding to the event organizers, Coastal Community Events or This & That.  Vendors and participants, by execution of this form, release and discharge This & That, Coastal Community Events, and anyone else connected with this event from any and all known or unknown damages and/or injuries that may be suffered by any vendor or participants to his/her property or person.  The applicant(s) agrees that This & That, Coastal Community Events, and it's successors are not responsible for loss, damages or personal injuries of any kind and releases and holds harmless said entities from any and all claims, including any relating to loss or damages to property or merchandise due to theft, fire, flood, storm or other force of nature.  The applicant(s) will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by event organizers and may be asked to leave if non compliant. *
