WHEN:  NOVEMBER 18-21, 2019
WHERE: WICHITA, KANSAS

This form will register you for the 2019 SUSAR Conference scheduled for November 19-21.  You will also be able to register for a pre-conference training track on November 18th.  Each attendee must complete this registration form.  Once you register you will receive an invoice by email that will allow you to by PayPal, or credit card. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Departments/Agencies will  have the opportunity to pay for multiple people by department/agency check. You are not considered registered until payment is received. This means that you are NOT on the pre-conference course roster until payment is received. We expect most the course to fill.

Conference T-Shirts - A conference t-shirt is being designed and when your registration is received you will receive a link to purchase your conference t-shirt (s).
