Hope Roswell is happy to partner with Convoy of Hope to provide groceries and SOCKS to our neighbors. We are thrilled that you want to join us in serving our neighbors. Please note that we need volunteers to bag the groceries on FRIDAY! Detailed instructions will be emailed to you shortly. Below, please choose the position in which you would like to serve. Note a Friday evening option is available. You may choose Friday evening AND a choice for Saturday.

FRIDAY EVENING BAGGING - This volunteer position will assist in bagging the groceries. Bagging will begin at 4:00pm until finished. This portion of the volunteer experience will take approx. 5 hours. You MAY volunteer for Friday as well as Saturday. See below. *

GREETERS - This volunteer position will speak with guests as they arrive and offer words of encouragement as well as instructions. (8 volunteers desired)

SIGN WAVERS - Volunteers will wave welcoming signage. You will not be speaking with guests.(12-15 volunteers desired)

TRAFFIC FLOW -Observe and control vehicles entering, exiting and inside the event space. (14 volunteers desired)

PRAYER TEAM - Pray with guests while standing alongside vehicles.

OTHER GIVEAWAYS - Convoy is providing a few other giveaways such as socks to our guests This volunteer position will help distribute these items to the vehicles as they wait in line. (15 volunteers needed)

LUNCH - 1200 hotdogs will be cooked and distributed to the guests while they wait in their vehicles. This volunteer position will help assemble the lunch bags. ( 10 volunteers needed)
