THE UNDERSIGNED, A PARTICIPANT IN THE BARSTOOL SKI RACES, SNOWSHOE SOFTBALL OR KIDS SLEDDING, AN EVENT OF CABIN FEVER DAYS, BEING CONDUCTED IN FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA, IN AND NEAR THE CITIES OF MARTIN CITY, HUNGRY HORSE, CORAM AND WEST GLACIER, DOES HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN RISKS OF INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY OCCUR WHILE PARTICIPATING IN CABIN FEVER DAYS BARSTOOL SKI RACES, SNOWSHOE SOFTBALL, KIDS SLEDDING, AND THE UNDERSIGNED DOES HEREBY AGREE TO ASSUME SAID RISKS, AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE HARMLESS THE LANDOWNERS OF PROPERTY UPON WHICH SAID EVENT IS CONDUCTED, THE COUNTY OF FLATHEAD, MONTANA, AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES IN ANY WAY INVOLVED IN THE ORGANIZATION, SPONSORSHIP OR MANAGEMENT OF SAID EVENT FROM LIABILITY BASED UPON ANY CLAIM FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY INCURRED BY THE UNDERSIGNED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SAID EVENT CONDUCTED DURING CABIN FEVER DAYS.
