I, the undersigned, fully empower and authorize Joshua Schwartz to act in my place and stead, and on my behalf to sell all Chametz possessed by me (knowingly or unknowingly) as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic Laws (e.g. Chametz, ambiguous Chametz, Chametz mixtures, Chametz on/in utensils). And to lease all places wherein the Chametz owned by me may be stored or found, especially in the premises specified below and elsewhere, up to and including Friday March 26th, before 11:56 a.m.
Joshua Schwartz has the full right to sell and lease by transaction as he deems fit and proper and for such time which he believes necessary in accordance with all the detailed terms and forms as explained in the general contract of sale which will be signed on the instruction of Joshua Schwartz. This authorization is made part of that contract.
