MOST IMPORTANT AGREEMENT:
I understand that if the Helicopter Ambulance gets called for an emergency, this event will be cancelled and rescheduled at the crew's convenience.

I promise to have a great attitude about it. I understand that I may not be able to attend the rescheduled date.
If the event is cancelled before or during the event, I understand that the trip could be short and worth waiting for its return or it could last days.

Thanks! We'll pick the option that is right for our family.
If the event is cancelled before, Event Managers might not be able to give notice, as the Helicopter Pilot's focus is on saving lives, not notifying Tour Participants.

We are so thankful for Helicopter Pilots and are happy to be great about not know what's going to happen. We'll have back up plans for our day, just in case!
