Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2019 NASW-Michigan Annual Conference, which will be held April 15 & 16, 2021 at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center in East Lansing. Please complete this short Request for Proposals (RFP) form to submit your workshop*. Proposals are due by May 31, 2020.

To complete the RFP, you will need:
Workshop: Title, Description, Learning Objectives, Bibliography
Presenter(s): Credentials, Bios, Contact Information

Presenters will be notified if their workshop is selected no later than July 1, 2020. Selected workshops will either present on Thursday, April 15, 2021 or Friday,  April 16, 2021.

*Please note that incomplete proposals will not be considered.
