(Please note: Parents will be asked to drop off their child with LIKHA School of Dance staff 5-10 minutes prior to class time. Students will be guided up to the studio and brought back down to the Malonga entrance at the end of class. To help create a productive learning space for all, parents are not allowed inside the studio.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Thank you for registering your child in LIKHA School of Dance. Children must be 5 - 10 years old at time of registration.

This session will be offered free of charge, however if you would like to support LIKHA in holding classes like this in the future, the suggested donation per family is $125. Our donation link can be found at likha.org/donate.

**If you are enrolling more than one student, please submit a separate registration form for each child.**

Closer to our start date, you will receive a link to complete a liability waiver for each student via DocuSign.
