Strikes and Labor Law
What are the legal protections for strikers? What are the limits of those protections? If your shop is considering any form of a strike, from a one-day walkout to an open-ended strike, come to this workshop to get your legal questions answered. 

This workshop is being offered on Tuesday, October 25 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm ET and will be facilitated by Gay Semel, retired attorney who previously worked at Region 2 of the NLRB and was District Counsel for District 1 of CWA for more than 30 years.
