The undersigned active voting member hereby appoints any board member as proxy to attend and represent the undersigned at the annual membership meeting of the Kent Gardens Recreation Club, Inc., to be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 7:00 PM and at any adjournments thereof, and to vote the membership of said Club in the name of the undersigned which the undersigned would be entitled to vote if personally present. The undersigned confers discretionary authority upon the proxy herein named with respect to any matters which may be brought before said meeting or any adjournments thereof. This proxy may be revoked prior to the voting thereof but shall thereafter be irrevocable during such meeting or any adjournments thereof.
