Snellman-korkeakoulu laskuttaa ilmoittautuneiden mukaisesti. Peruutusehto: maksu 50% hinnasta, jos peruutus 2 viikkoa ennen tapahtumaa, 100% hinnasta, jos peruutus 1 viikko tai alle ennen tapahtumaa ilman lääkärintodistusta.
Työryhmät valitaan syksyllä ennen tapahtumaa. Niistä lähetetään erillinen sähköposti osallistujille.

Snellman-korkeakoulu will charge according to the number of registrants. Cancellation policy: 50% of the price if cancelled 2 weeks before the event, 100% of the price if cancelled 1 week or less before the event without a medical certificate.
Workshops will be selected in the autumn before the event. A separate email will be sent to the participants.
