CIT is a commercial real estate investment initiative that promotes community ownership while increasing the financial health of low-to-moderate income (LMI), immigrants, and communities of color across the United States. Through the Program, local residents have access to high-quality financial action coaching and the opportunity to participate in a low-dollar ($10-$100/month), loss-protected commercial real estate investment through a collective ownership model.
