H2O "Connect for Success" Tutoring Sign-up
IN-PERSON TUTORING INFORMATION
Heart Haven OutReach is offering tutoring by appointment for students who need extra help with any of their classes. We are offering either IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL.   After you complete the form below, we will reach out once we are able to find a successful match through out pool of volunteer tutors.   The tutoring sessions are typically 1 hour in length and will be scheduled between the tutor and the student based on time available.

REMOTE TUTORING INFORMATION
If you choose REMOTE TUTORING, after completing this form, you will get an email from Heart Haven Outreach with contact information for your tutor and a link to GoSchoolBox, which is the online system we use for tutoring.
