As a Collective, we're looking to build an active community with lots of support, opportunities, and learnings for both active and inactive members. For active members, we want to provide even more benefits and additional support such as Access to Monthly Workshop, Educational Credits, Shared Tools, and Access to New Projects. As such, we want to make sure that when we consider new members, we communicate what an active membership entails:

TAILORU Collective Active Member Guideline:

An active member is someone who's an integral part of our community, and who either complete one of the following actions:

1. Currently work on an active project

2. Source one new business lead / month

OR Take part in two of the following actions:

1. Share one article or event to Slack / week

2. Lead a workshop / quarter

3. Attend collective check-ins / month

4. Refer a new collective member lead / month

As such, when a new member comes into the Collective, we will help onboard them, and they would take part in two of the above actions until such time that we find or match them with a project.
