All Team Meetings: June 2  - 1:30 PM-5:30 PM
                                   June 9 - 1:30 PM-5:30 PM

Reunion: June 30, 2024

Details of the weekend:
Email Notification of Team placement will be sent approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the first Team meeting.
Three meetings are held prior to the weekend. Team Members must attend at least one of the 2 all team meetings to work the weekend. Those appointed to leadership are required to also attend the first meeting (Leadership Meeting).

Team members are required to be present the entire weekend including set up on Thursday evening and cleanup on Sunday evening and at the reunion.

Adults will be required to complete and clear a background check prior to working the TEC weekend. Background checks will be good for one calendar year. This cost will be covered by TriState TEC. If you wish to pay the extra fee, you certainly may.
