Dear Participant, When greeting you, with great estimation, you are invited to participate in the research entitled “MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION PROJECTS FOR INDUSTRIALIZATION OF CIVIL CONSTRUCTION”, carried out under the guidance of Professor Dr. Adriana Gindri Salbego. The present study aims to prescribe a design routine that allows to innovate the civil construction to obtain industrialization. The research is of the action-research type, being divided into two parts, both online. The first, collected between February and April 2021, by means of an electronic document sent by e-mail, the participants being divided into two groups called here: development group, civil construction agents and control group of notorious knowledge agents. The second part will count on the scheduling of an interaction seminar among the participants, when the initial problem will be exposed and will be discussed, in several rounds, defined by the group itself, the problems to be faced and the action plans for the identified demands. Then, the action plan will be planned and exposed in the results of the internal and external community to the research.  The action plans will use the 5W2H tool (What, Where, When, Who, Why, How, How much) for its construction. The internal validation will be done on the constructs defined by the control group that evaluates the action plan proposed by the radar method on a Likert scale, by the participating members themselves.As expected results, with the development of the action research technique, it is expected to create a document that describes as main reasons for the maintenance of artisanal construction processes and the delay towards industrialization, compared to other areas of Engineering, as well as alternatives for overcoming this barrier, through the definition of a model of management of innovation projects for the industrialization of construction, validated by intellectuals of the area and professionals of the Civil Construction, with its academic and commercial dissemination, through events and publicity and academic journals. As a long-term contribution, it is expected to assist in the implementation of existing industrialization techniques, to allow the evaluation of its innovative potential and its economic viability, seeking to intensify production, economy and increase productivity in the Construction area. The materials used in the research will be kept by the research members. The information in this research will be confidential and will only be disclosed in events or publications, without the identification of the volunteers, except among those responsible for the study, with confidentiality about their participation being ensured (the opposite being possible, if there is interest) of the participant). During the entire period of the survey you will have the possibility to ask any questions or ask for any other clarification.
