AASIB families (Sib Fam) are composed of about Big Sibs (upperclass students) and Lil Sib. Sib Fams are designed to help integrate incoming frosh and transfers into the Asian American community, and the undergraduate community at large, at Stanford.

Being an incoming frosh can be daunting, and your Sib Fam is meant to help you transition through this exciting process. AASIB holds several annual events to help Sib Fams get together, such as study breaks with ramen or milk and cookies. Depending on your Sib Fam, you will engage in different activities, like sporting activities, or trips off campus for Asian food etc.

Please fill out this form carefully, and as thoroughly as possible, to assist us in matching you with a Sib Fam that would best suit your interests and needs! Being in a Sib Fam can be one of the most memorable experiences of your frosh year! We look forward to receiving your application!
