I understand that I am the responsible party for this event. I understand that a $100 refundable deposit is due at the time of booking once confirmed by secretary and I will have this deposit returned to me upon successfully returning the pavilion and surrounding area to the condition it was in prior to the event. Please note that if borough employees have to clean up after the event you might be billed more than your deposit once the employee's time has been calculated.
