Dear Families,

Please complete this short registration form by Thursday, June 10, so we can prepare for our 5th grade promotion.

This year's ceremony will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, as a drive-through event in the Barnard parking lot, at the following times:

    -Mr. Reyes/He Laoshi: 8:30 to 9:30 AM
    -Ms. Irwin: 9:30 to 10:30 AM
    -Foo Laoshi: 10:30-11:30 AM

In addition to arranging the best possible and most meaningful ceremony in these unique times, we must also adhere to strict safety guidelines established for all San Diego Unified schools.

*Persons who are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19 (e.g., due to age or underlying conditions) are advised not to attend in person. Individuals who are sick, in isolation, or in quarantine must remain at home.
