2022 Leeds Festival Ticket Applications
BARWICK & SCHOLES COMMUNITY FUND APPLICATION FOR RESIDENT TICKETS 2022

Terms and Conditions - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Applications are strictly for residents of Barwick in Elmet and Scholes parish only. If you are successful in the ballot, you will be required to provide proof of residency via the form of an online upload of evidence.

Should applications exceed 250, a random ballot will then be undertaken for allocations

Payment will not be required at the application stage.

Successful applicants of an allocation will be notified of the ballot result, be given a deadline and a unique reference to then make an online payment.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure any email notifications from the Barwick in Elmet and Scholes Community Fund are received and actioned by deadline dates.

Once the payment is received by the deadline set, tickets will only then be secured. If cleared funds (with the unique reference) are not received by the deadline, applications will be voided and we will return to the ballot.

A maximum of FIVE applicants are allowed on a group application (excluding children 5-12)

Any group application will be treated in the same capacity in the ballot as a single applicant with one entry number- you will either all be successful of not.

Tickets are NOT required for any persons between the ages of 5 and 13 provided they are accompanied by a valid ticket holder over the age of 18.

If you are successful in the ballot, you will be required to provide proof of residency via the form of an online upload of evidence.

Any multiple entries will be voided and not entered into the ballot. You must not make both an individual AND group application.

Ahead of applying residents must also ensure that they are compliant with any terms and conditions of entry set out by the promoters Festival Republic (www.leedsfestival.com).

Tickets will be sent out in digital format, please ensure that correct email details are given to receive tickets around August 20th.

A shuttle bus service from the parish will run this year to a set timetable with journeys using tickets purchased by residents in advance (date to be confirmed) . Applicants wishing to attend outside of the timetable or without a pre booked journey must work on the assumption that they will provide their own transport to and from site.

Price per weekend ticket is £65.00

Any ticket holder aged 15+ will need to be accompanied by a valid ticket holder aged 18 or over to gain site access.

Closing date for applications is Monday May 16th (10pm)

The ballot will take place within 14 days of the deadline with notifications emailed out shortly afterwards.
