Use this form to apply for Transportation.  One form per student.

We transport to the following schools if you live north of highway 101: Buchser, Callejon (Middle School Only), Hughes, Mayne, Montague, New Valley/Gateway, Peterson, Santa Clara, Wilcox, and Wilson. We also provide busing to Agnew, Bowers, Braly, Huerta, MacDonald, and Westwood at certain neighborhood locations.

Riding the School Bus is a privilege that can be suspended or revoked.  It is important that parents and students understand the rules and guidelines that go along with this privilege.  Submitting this form acknowledges review of SCUSD Bus Safety Rules and Important Information About Bus Passes in the Student and Parent Information Handbook.  Parents/Guardians are responsible for notifying Transportation of any changes to this application.
