Thank you for volunteering with See3D! Upon completion of this form, a confirmation page will appear with a link to our Slack workspace. You must be 16 years or older or over the age of applicable majority in your jurisdiction to join Slack. If you are younger than 16, please have someone over 16 join Slack on your behalf, and they can message the people in the group.

We will also email you the Slack join link, but it might take a few days. After you click the link and make a Slack account, please join the General channel so we know you logged into Slack.
