The Yough School District has recently taken our theme of “Choose Kind” to the next level by creating a new district committee called the Helping Hands Committee.  The committee is made up of school district administration/staff, school board and business/community members.  The goal of the committee is to do positive things within the Yough School District community.  Over the next several years, the committee will be taking on a number of projects to help others.   Our inaugural project will be this fall with the goal of providing a meal to families within our school district boundaries over the holiday season. This meal will be provided regardless of family income to anyone interested.

The purpose of this form is to gauge interest of those families wanting to participate.  If you are interested in receiving a Thanksgiving Style Dinner from the Yough School District “Helpful Hands Committee”, please fill out the Google Form below.

As a committee, we are still working out the details of the meal, but it will be a prepackaged Thanksgiving type meal with a voucher for a Turkey from a local grocery store that can be used at any point throughout the upcoming months.
