Hello,
My name is Julia and I have started an exciting new journey in the realms of sex, love and relationships. In a few weeks I will be a fully qualified coach and would like to specialize in relationships and couples.
Therefore, I created this little questionnaire to find out more about the struggles, desires and goals of couples. I want to help couples to thrive in their relationship and create an intimate, connected, sacred bubble.

By answering the below questions you would really help me to bring my focus into the areas relationships would most benefit from. This questionnaire will be anonymous so your answers will stay private. You can answer these questions if you are in a relationship or if you are single (just try to remember what it was like in your last relationship).
