SUBSTITUTE TEACHER VERIFICATION FOR 2021 - 2022 SCHOOL YEAR
Dear Substitutes,
On behalf of Lexington City School District, thank you for your service this past school year. At the end of each school year, each substitute is "turned off" in Finance and Human Resources. In order to be "turned back on" and added to the upcoming school year you must: 1) complete this form 2) stop by Central Office anytime during the month of August, Monday - Friday between 8 am - 4 pm to pick-up an updated Substitute Handbook 3) email any changes to rshuler@lexcs.org
