Senior 2021 Graduation Plan
Seniors, please complete the Senior Graduation plan by Friday, April 17th.  This will meet the requirement for your portion of SEGP meetings that were schedule for Monday and Thursday of this week. It is your responsibility to complete this form as accurately as possible.  The information regarding scholarships, completers, etc. will be used to prepare for graduation and for you to be recognized at the Senior Awards Ceremony.

Please list any scholarships you have received from colleges or private parties.  Also, include the amount of these award PER YEAR/SEMESTER.  You may have to log into your college campus account and look until Financial Aid to find these amounts.  You do not have to include the Challenge scholarship.  IF YOU DO NOT TELL US ABOUT A SCHOLARSHIP, WE WILL NOT KNOW TO RECOGNIZE YOU AT THE SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY.  If you receive scholarship after completing this form, please email Mrs. Hampton and let her know.   *
