PPBC - Recreational Play Agreement

From 23rd August 2020, members of the Poole Piranhas Basketball Club (PPBC) are entitled to priority access to the Branksome Community Centre's outdoor sports court.

Priority access is by way of agreement from the club and in return you have the right to ask other people on the court to vacate the court if they are not Piranhas members. You can challenge them using the monthly passphrase; simply ask them the passphrase, if they dont know it then they probably not a member.

I will not divulge the monthly passphrase provided to anyone else.
I will only use the court during 0900 to 2000 Monday to Sunday.
I will respect other members or non-members using the court between 0900 and 1600.
I understand that although I am not responsible for other players on the court, that I have a 'duty of care' if a welfare matter occurs.
I understand that permitted periods may change at any time although PPBC intend to provide regular and timely updates to these.
I understand that if I would like the lighting turned on that this incurs an additional £5p/h fee and is by prior agreement only.
I would like my phone number to be added to the 'PPBC - Recreational Play' WhatsApp group so that Recreational Play members can communicate with each other. I understand by doing so, my phone number may be visible to those in the group (can be changed in own settings).
I agree to pay the monthly fee set by PPBC initially on/by 1st of each month.
I understand that this agreement has no legal standing however I shall abide by the conditions set at all times in good will and to the best of my ability.
