ICOM-ICME Annual Conference 2023

The ICME Annual Conference would take place in the city of San Cristóbal de las Casas, in Chiapas, México in mid November 2023. The Conference organization will be developed in collaboration with the Na Bolom organization, whose mission is to investigate, promote and rescue the heritage of the indigenous communities of Chiapas. The theme proposed for the Annual Conference is Museums and Change: We intend to look at how museums can frame the question of political, cultural, intellectual, economic, and environmental change today.
