Since we are unable to predict exactly what size a calf will grow to be, we are unable to tell you exactly how much beef you'll get until it is time to butcher the cow. We can sort which calf goes to which person depending on if you want more or less beef however. For instance, if you select that you want "less beef," we'll give you the meat from a smaller cow. If you select that you want "more beef," we'll give you the meat from a larger cow.
