The Counselor in Training (CIT) Leader is a volunteer position responsible for providing supervision, instruction, and ongoing assistance to CITs at Camp Hendon Summer Session 1 (Leitchfield, KY)*. The CIT Leader will oversee the day-to-day performance of Camp Hendon CITs to deliver a safe, fun, and productive week at camp.

The CIT Leader is responsible for assisting with program development, coordination, management, and implementation of Camp Hendon’s CIT program. Additionally, the CIT Leader will lodge with CITs and will not be assigned to a particular den. The CIT Leader is a 2-year commitment and they must be available to assist with planning in the months prior to camp.
