Please note that with the spread of COVID-19, we are looking at options to host OWW digitally, through a service such as Zoom or other webinar streaming services. If we shift to digital, the conference will likely look very differently than if we should be able to host locally, as planned, with seminars and workshops stretched over several days, rather than all in one, to ensure that everyone gets the most out of the planned sessions.

If we decide to move to a digital conference, we will inform everyone no later than June 1st. We are monitoring the spread of the virus, and we will adhere to the strictest guidelines set forth by the CDC and the Arkansas Health Department to ensure the health and safety of our volunteers, staff, and attendees.
