This class will help you lay a strong biblical foundation to build your financial life through biblical wisdom and practical knowledge. We will assign videos and readings to review each week before class and then spend most of the class time for discussion and Q&A. Topics include Stewardship, Planning, Budgeting, Debt, Spending, Housing, Insurance, College Savings, Investing, and Retirement, with other topics by special request. This is an ideal class for those starting or early in their working careers, and those in the "Young Family" life stage. We will meet Sunday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:30pm. There will be thirteen classes in total with the first class starting on 3/7.

This book club will read and discuss Vaughan Roberts’ God's Big Picture. Reading the Bible can be difficult because we don't see how different passages fit together. For instance why does Genesis begin talking about humanity and then focus on the family of Abraham? Why is the tabernacle or temple important for us as believers when such a structure no longer exists? Sometimes, we need to zoom out in our Bible reading to see how the various passages fit into God’s overall story. Join us to discover God's big picture, and we trust that you’ll be blessed.
