TRIP COORDINATOR AGREEMENT - SPRING 2022
A Trip Coordinator is an individual currently employed by Westchester Community College, the Westchester Community College Faculty-Student Association, or the Westchester Community College Foundation who travels with and accompanies students on a trip sponsored by a Student Life department.  All Student Life sponsored trips are required to have at least one Trip Coordinator attend the trip with approved students.  The Trip Coordinator has several responsibilities to ensure the health and safety of student travelers.

ONLY the Trip Coordinator can complete this form.

This form is effective from January 18, 2022 through May 12, 2022.
