NCS Student Technology Request Form
Please complete the information below to tell us if your student(s) need access to a Chromebook for completing schoolwork at home via computer. If you have multiple students please submit a separate response for each of your students.

ONLY FAMILIES WHO NEED TO BORROW A COMPUTER SHOULD RESPOND TO THIS SURVEY. THERE IS A LIMITED AMOUNT OF CHROMEBOOKS AVAILABLE FOR AT HOME USE.

We will be forwarding your device request to your child's academy for final processing. Please note that the school staff will reach out to you directly to help set up a Chromebook device for your child.

If your student is assigned a NCS Chromebook, The Chromebook is meant to stay home and not be transported back-and-forth to school.

Internet Access
A reliable Internet connection and in-home WiFi will be needed in order for your student to access online resources and assignments. If your student's place of learning does not have a reliable Internet connection or Wifi we recommend you to contact a local Internet service provider. 

Please know that many large Internet companies provide affordable internet connections for your device:
Technology Device Handbook
Please review the NCS Device Handbook. If your student is approved to receive a device, you will be signing the Handbook Agreement on the day that you pickup the Chromebook. The Handbook Agreement covers expectations of use and general guidance of the Chromebook. A Chromebook will not be released to your student without a signed signature acknowledgement form from the NCS Device Handbook.

I understand that Chromebooks checked out to students are for use at home only and are not to be transported to and from school. This device will need to be returned to Natomas Charter School at the end of each school year or when my student withdraws from NCS. *
