VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own 10x10 tent, tables and any supplies needed to run their booth
Vendor set up: 7:00a , Ready by 9:00a
Vendor break down: 3:00p

Vendors must wear masks properly when customers are present by booth or food truck.

Vendors have the option of bringing hand sanitizer to keep at booth. Tony Honda Kona will have all guests sanitize hands before coming in to booth sections.


FOOD VENDORS INFO:
Food vendors will need to have a current food permit issued by the Hawaii Department of Health displayed in their booth/food truck

If food vendor doesn't have food truck/trailer then they are responsible for bringing their own 10x10 tent, tables and any supplies needed to run their booth

Food vendor set up: 7:00a ready by 9:00a, please let us know if you'd like to set up earlier
Food vendor break down: 3:00p, okay to leave early if you sell out

Food vendors (not baked goods/snacks) are allowed to sell drinks if they choose

Booth Fee : $25.00 / booth
We will be limiting the vendor spaces to the first 40 vendors. Booth fee must be paid to be guaranteed a spot.
