LWL Tutor Application Fall 2021
Fall Applications closed on Oct 4th.  Spring Applications will reopen in January.

Please fill out this form to if you would like to be considered for our Learn With Lions Club of top performing tutors that earn volunteer hours through virtual tutoring of elementary and middle school students.  We will contact you either way by email in about 2 weeks once we have reviewed your information and confirmed your GPA with student services. Unweighted GPA should be a minimum of 3.25. Do not fill out this application more than once.

Club Dues - If you are accepted into the program, your dues would be $20 which includes a club t-shirt and a PTSA Membership with restaurant discount app.  Once accepted, we will tell you where to pay your dues online. Please pick one adult t-shirt size below.
