Motiv8 Website Referral Form
As of 1st November 2022, Motiv8 is no longer accepting referrals.
Motiv8 is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Union, through the European Social Fund (2014-2020).
Unfortunately, this funding is coming to an end and Motiv8 is due to close on 31st March 2023.
Closing to referrals early will allow us time to provide support to those individuals already on programme. If participants have not completed their Motiv8 journey by the end of March 2023, we will support them to access another agency that can take them forward.
We are continuing to explore funding options for how Motiv8 might continue beyond this date - we will continue to share news and updates via our existing channels.
