Friends of Millis Public Library Scholarship 2024
The Friends of the Millis Public Library are pleased to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a deserving high school senior and Millis resident with firm plans to pursue further education and who has shown a commitment to community service, especially related to libraries, literacy, and/or reading.

Eligibility
Candidate must be a senior in high school and a Millis resident with plans for furthering their education. Candidate should have a B or better average overall. The application should indicate community service activities with references. Note:  library, literacy, and/or reading community service are highly desired.
Scholarship Award
The FMPL Scholarship Committee will evaluate all completed applications submitted by the set deadline. Once eligibility is established through the application, consideration for the award will depend on the other application information provided, with special weight given to community service related to libraries, literacy, and/or reading.  The decision of the FMPL Scholarship Committee is final.
