La Escalera Project: The Weekend Model
COLEGAS is piloting our La Escalera Project, a platform aimed at helping Latinx community college practitioners prepare for the job application and interview process. Our goal is to increase Latinx representation in administration and faculty ranks throughout community colleges.

Thank you for signing up to volunteer and lead one-on-one 30 minute sessions on weekends (either on Friday evenings, Saturday, or Sunday). We would not make this happen without your time and knowledge.
