This year we have combined all the seasons' availability in one form. Below you will find options to complete the Mid, Peak and Low season dates your home will be available.

The availability given by you will be added to our Holiday Rental Collection. Please select and tick one or more boxes with selected dates, alternatively please specify the dates your home will be available for holiday rental in 2024.

LCE BOOKING SEASONS

​MID SEASON: A combination of Provincial Private and Public School Holidays and Long Weekends. All bookings require a minimum of 3 - 5 nights' stay (Simbithi Homes will be min 4 nights stay)

PEAK SEASON: December & January High season period. All bookings require a minimum of 10 - 14 nights' stay. 

​LOW SEASON: All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. All bookings require a minimum of 2 nights' stay (Simbithi Homes will be min 4 nights stay)

LOW SEASON

All dates outside Peak & Mid Season periods. All bookings require a minimum of 2-3 nights' stay. Will your home be available at all?

LOW SEASON SPECIAL : Stay Longer for Less *
Properties that are available through out the year, please let us know if you would like to boost bookings by offering a free night during Low Season when guests stay for longer than 4 nights per booking, or a  mid week special.
Not applicable to Airbnb bookings

Large Holiday Homes we request that the housekeeper be available from Monday - Friday. Small Holiday Apartments housekeeper needs to be available a minimum of 3 days a week.
