Complete this form if you are interested in bringing your group of K-12 students to UW-Madison campus to explore science. There are field trip offerings from a variety of groups, including:

To maximize your chances of having your request accommodated, please complete this form at least 6 weeks in advance of your desired field trip date. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Your field trip experience is not confirmed until we reach out via email with all the details about your visit to UW-Madison campus.

(Most locations for in person experiences on UW-Madison campus have a limit of 24 students at a time. We will likely be able to accommodate larger groups, but we cannot guarantee that each student will experience the same sessions during their visit).

Please give us three or four specific dates that would work for you for your field trip to occur. 
Requests need to be at least 4 weeks in advance of the date you are requesting. Some of our campus venues that host field trip groups are nearing capacity for the spring semester. Please be flexible and selecting more options will increase your chances of having a field trip built for your group. 

NOTE: Requests for the 2024-2025 school year will open on August 1, 2024. Requests made prior to that date will not be processed.

Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities: UW-Madison is a barrier free campus and is committed to providing equal opportunity for participation in all programs, services, and activities. Accommodations for persons with disabilities may be requested no later than 3 weeks in advance of the visit. Requests made with less than 3 weeks notice will be honored when possible. Please note we are unable to provide mobility devices (i.e.: crutches, scooters, wheelchairs).
